Function Centre

The first floor function room is smoke-free and a perfect example of understated elegance.

With a complete white linen setting for 60 guests (6 round tables of 10), this room is one of Maitland's finest and intimate function venues. A fee of $10 (inc. GST) per table (laundry costs) applies for each table set with linen. Or, there's the Board Room. Smaller and holding 10 to 12 diners, it is "very cosy" and has a balcony attached.

FUNCTION MENUS

Food and Beverage

• Your menu selection must be finalised no later that 14 days prior to the function and it may not be altered in any way.
• Beverages will be charged on a consumption basis. One bar person will be supplied at a cost of $25 per hour, including GST.
• Food and beverage may not be brought into or removed from the hotel.

Number of Guests

• The minimum number of guests is thirty (30).
• Confirmation of the number of guests is required no later than 7 days prior to the function.
• Numbers may be increased but not decreased after this time.

Music

• A five (5) disc CD sound system and a selection of discs are available for use at no charge.

Hours

• The Function Room closes at 11.30pm. Bar service ceases at 11.00pm.

Confirmation of Booking and Fees

• A tentative booking for your function will be held for fourteen (14) days.
• A non-refundable hire fee of $198.00(inc. GST) payable within fourteen (14) days of your tentative booking, will guarantee your reservation.
• In the event of no fee being paid the management of the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Payment

• Payment in full for your meals is to be made five (5) days prior to the function.
• Your beverage account may be settled at the conclusion of your function.
• Function prices are subject to change - where possible management will advise the client prior to the function.

Conditions of Hire

• For the comfort of guests, the Function Room is a non-smoking area.
• Guests under the age of 18 years will not be served alcohol.
• Children must remain in the immediate company of their parents or guardian at all times. Damage / Responsibility
• The client is financially liable for any damage sustained to hotel property, fixtures or fittings, be it through their own actions or the actions of their guests, contractors or sub-contractors.
• Under no circumstances is any item to be fixed to any surface in the room.

Cancellations

• Cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in the loss of the $198.00 (inc. GST) hire fees.
