Fourteen (14) spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms from a bygone era but with the modern touch of air conditioning and a 34inch flat screen television, and with a self-serve light breakfast included in the tariff. Refurbished toilet and shower amenities are also available. The first pub on the current site was the Birmingham House, circa 1851. In keeping with this Pub's history and style, please note there are no rooms with ensuites.
Smoking & alcohol are not permitted anywhere on the accommodation level and, unlike other pubs in Maitland, there's no late night music, to ensure you get what you want most - a good nights sleep.

All accommodation includes a self-serve light breakfast of tea/coffee, toast, cereal and orange juice.

All bookings must be accompanied by your credit card number and expiry date, and a mobile contact number.
Cancellation is permitted until 9 a.m. of your first day at no cost to you. After that, the first night's tariff will be charged to your credit card.
